/ How we operate

Three deliberate phases. One accountable coordinator.

Every move on The Palm begins with a physical assessment — access roads, elevator specs, floor-plan constraints — before a single item is quoted or a single box is packed.

— The sequence

Assessed before anything moves.

We map every constraint specific to your building on The Palm — weight limits, corridor widths, loading-bay windows — and build the schedule around those parameters, not around a generic truck run.

Precision Execution

A coordinator visits your origin and destination addresses. Access roads, elevator specs, and floor-plan geometry are logged before any quote is issued.

Materials are assigned by object category — humidity barriers, acid-free wrapping, custom crating — calibrated to The Palm's salt-air and heat conditions.

Transport and placement follow the assessed schedule to the hour. Vehicle interiors are loaded to a fixed plan; nothing is improvised on the day.

Your dedicated coordinator owns the timeline from assessment through final placement. They know your building, your inventory, and your schedule — and remain reachable at every stage, with no transfer of responsibility.

Single point of authority

One coordinator. End to end. No handoffs.

High-touch coordination at boutique scale means decisions happen in minutes, not through a ticketing queue.
